Beginner programming: how to start CrossFit in Valencia

Our basic course, known as On Ramp, is designed for people approaching CrossFit for the first time. In this guided program, you will learn the fundamental exercise techniques, the importance of correct posture and safe execution patterns to help prevent injuries. During the first weeks, the coach adapts the stimulus to your physical level, allowing you to build confidence before joining regular classes. This gradual approach supports your integration and ensures you can face each WOD with awareness and safety.

Our CrossFit classes

Our CrossFit classes last 60 minutes and are designed to balance strength, endurance, flexibility and technique for every athlete. The weekly programming is adapted to your level and progress. In addition to traditional CrossFit, we offer several specialties so you can build complete fitness.

  • HYROX: improve cardiovascular endurance and prepare for endurance competitions.
  • Strength: focused work to improve your maximum strength.
  • Gymnastics: development of gymnastic movement skills and bodyweight control.
  • Weightlifting: specific Olympic lifting technique, including Snatch, Clean and Jerk.
  • Adapted programming so every athlete can train with safety, intensity and progression.

Nexo CrossFit is located in a strategic area of Valencia, easily accessible by public transport and by car. We also have an indoor area where you can store your bike or scooter. The box has equipped changing rooms, personal lockers and a relaxation area for post-workout recovery.

How can I start if I am a beginner?

We offer the introductory On Ramp course so you can learn the basics safely.

What are the opening hours?

We open Monday and Wednesday from 7:00 to 21:30, Tuesday and Thursday from 7:45 to 21:30, and Friday from 7:00 to 20:00.

Do I need to be fit before joining?

No, CrossFit is for everyone. We scale every exercise according to your current ability.

What benefits will I get?
